North Bay Builders incorporated in 2002. Focusing primarily on Retail Projects, we have fit out 100’s of stores and offices throughout the State of New Jersey. We began doing service work on existing stores which made us realize the importance of doing the job right the first time.
After working in Commercial construction for over 22 years, President/CEO, William Volk realized the market was there for a carpentry subcontractor that could set the pace on these fast track jobs by putting enough quality manpower and equipment in place, and having the resources to see the job through to the end.

North Bay Builders, Inc. is a Union subcontractor which bids the Drywall, Acoustical and Carpentry portion of retail and office fit-outs throughout the State of New Jersey. Additionally, we are certified by the State as a Public Works Contractor.
We have been in business for 8 years and have done 100’s of jobs from one end of the State to the other. We are very well known throughout the State and are listed as a preferred Contractor for most major malls, and we are referred by most Carpenters’ Locals as well.
